Legislative Appreciation Dinner 

Each year CSDGKC member districts are encouraged to  invite their local representatives to a legislative dinner.  In a separate meeting before the dinner,  CSDGKC holds one of its two annual general membership meetings.

The purpose of the Legislative Dinner is to give  legislators, school administrators, and members of Boards of Education an  opportunity to both thank their legislators for their service and informally  talk about education issues for the upcoming legislative session.

The CSDGKC General Membership Meeting and Legislative Appreciation will be held  Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Delta Woods Middle School, Lee’s Summit.   The general membership meeting begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by the Legislative Appreciation Reception at 6:30 p.m. and dinner at 7:00 p.m.
